The owner was incredibly helpful and gave me great recommendations for equipment rental and discount lift passes. The bathroom was spacious and clean. I also appreciated the offer of a ride to the bus terminal on the day of my check-out.

The air in the room was quite dry, especially during the winter season. It would have been great to have a humidifier available in the room to combat this issue.

Convenient location near a good restaurant

The staff here are always so helpful, and we had a hassle-free experience during our stay. Mon Pigeon is just a short stroll away from the apartment, making it super easy for us to grab a bite to eat in no time! 🍽️

The owner and staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent hospitality throughout my stay. The bathroom facilities were modern and clean, providing a comfortable and convenient experience. Additionally, the onsen was a great way to relax and unwind after a long day of skiing.

The mattress could have been more comfortable, which affected my quality of sleep. Furthermore, the hotel's location was not within walking distance of the resorts, requiring the use of public transportation or a longer walk to get to the ski areas.
